There are two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms — one with a washing machine — and a kitchen that opens onto the living area. It suits families and longer stays: a tram stop and a park-and-ride are two minutes away, and the Old Town is a short ride rather than a walk.

Fieldorfa-Nila 10 sits in Prądnik Biały, a green residential district on the northern edge of the city. The Krowodrza Górka tram terminus and P+R are two minutes away, Park im. Tadeusza Kościuszki eight, and the Jana Pawła II hospital three. The Main Market Square is about forty-five minutes on foot — most guests take the tram — and the airport train can be reached from the centre.
